A North West NHS Trust is looking to recruit an enthusiastic and versatile individual with HR Projects experience within the NHS and a background in Workforce Planning.

The post holder will be required to provide coordinated day to day support for project activities including project planning, monitoring and management, change control, risk and issue monitoring and project reporting.

Main role responsibilities:
  • To support the delivery of day to day activities and projects where there are governance and/or risk issues to the Head of Governance & Performance;
  • Working independently, to provide regular detailed timely information and updates on the progress of projects to key stakeholders;
  • The design and production of reports using the ESR Business Intelligence system in conjunction with Microsoft Excel, to facilitate the provision of workforce information as well as project related reporting systems;
  • The maintenance and support of ESR Business Intelligence, including introduction of new available functions and production/update of training guides;
  • Promote the effective planning and utilisation of resources, including reviews of structures, skill mix different ways of working to support continuous service improvement.
A successful candidate will have:
  • Previous experience within the NHS;
  • Workforce planning experience;
  • Experience of creating and editing reports using Oracle BI or equivalent;
  • Experience of working with and maintaining electronic information systems, i.e. ESR, workforce information systems and databases.
