NHS HR Business Partner 8a

Are you and NHS HR BP with experience of supporting complex and busy commissioning organisations to deliver a range of HR Business Partner responsibilities.

In this post you will support this integrated health economy of multiple CCG's to provide HR support guidance and advice at all levels. You will be able to deliver job evaluation and must have experience of delivering HR change to tight deadlines and be able to actively manage various interview and evaluation activities whilst interpreting Agenda for Change Terms & Conditions of Service and CCG / local HR policies.

This role is band 8a initially until the end of March 2021 with shortlisting over the next 48 hrs I would be keen to hear from you as soon as possible. NHS experience ideally CCG /CSU experience is preferred and candidates without any NHS experience are unlikely to be suitable.
