Job Details
This role will start ASAP and will be for 3 months in the first instance.
Main responsibilities:
- Deputise for Chief Operating Officer across the full range of their duties
- Line management responsibility for the site team, and take responsibility for ED and Unplanned Care
- Deliver the Trusts trajectories for 4 hour emergency care
- Masters level qualification or equivalent experience
- Understanding of the Health and Social care management environment and roles and responsibilities within it
- Ability to develop strategy for the Health Economy
- Ability to assimilate & co-ordinate various agendas prioritising appropriately
- Performance management methodology
- Demonstrable knowledge of the NHS as a whole, ability to rapidly assimilate knowledge of whole organisation and continually develop new skills
- Evidence of knowledge of successful change management processes
- Project management skills across a range of different disciplines and agencies
