Assistant Director of Nursing and Quality
3 Month assignment starting within the next 2 weeks
Band 8D between £50 & £55 per hour (Inside IR35)

Full time
Skype / Online interviews due to take place within the next week

I am partnering with a large NHS Organisation in the East of England who is looking for support of a Register General Nurse for a 3 month initial assignment, which could potentially extend. This will include and extensive and robust review of their Clinical Quality agenda moving into 2021 and also the day to day operational leadership of the Nursing directorate.

Your duties as the Assistant Director of Nursing and Quality

• Work with line management to put a clear plan of action in place to deliver against the targets of the division
• Responsible for the effectiveness of professional leadership and development of nursing within the Division
• Ability to deliver high quality holistic care with an emphasis on working in partnership with patients and their families.
• Robust review of the Clinical Quality agenda moving into 2021

Experience needed as the Assistant Director of Nursing and Quality.

• Senior Registered Nurse with a background delivering against Clinical Quality requirements

  • Must have prior experience working to Assistant Director/Director level

• Must be a self-starter and understand the landscape of the business and conflicting needs across partners
• Reliable and driven to organisational change
• Available references for most recent 2 year's roles.
