Job Details
The post holder will support the HR Business Partners in providing strategic HR advice and support to their Divisional management teams.
Main role responsibilities:
- Co-ordinating, reviewing, preparing and submitting job evaluation packs to job matching panels, relating to any new or reviewed roles as part of change programmes, advising managers on role design where appropriate;
- Provide specialist HR advice and input into centralised Trust wide HR and workforce projects, applying sound project and change management practices to enable the delivery of organisational goals;
- Review, analyse and interpret workforce data, in order to provide workforce board reports, appraisal reports and other HR data on behalf of the HR Business Partners;
- Plan and organise workload in relation to this to meet reporting deadlines and additional data requests;
- Review, prepare and submit job evaluation packs to job matching panels relating to any new or reviewed roles, advising managers on role design and process where appropriate;
- Participate as a HR representative on regular job matching panels.
A successful candidate will have:
- Previous training and experience in NHS job matching;
- Experience within a similar role in an NHS organisation.
