First Community Health and Care is an employee-owned social enterprise, delivering NHS Community Services in East Surrey and parts of West Sussex. You will be joining us as we move into a new and exciting phase in our history.  As a key partner in the local Integrated Care Partnership (CRESH) and Surrey Heartlands ICS we wish to build on our existing strengths of delivering outstanding quality services, strong financial management and collaboration to deliver a joined-up approach to health, care and wellbeing for the population we serve.

You will be a proactive completer/finisher who is flexible and resilient.  You will be supported by experienced Associate Directors in the operational delivery of services and your focus will be on developing them within their role, while leading the necessary changes to ensure delivery of the Company’s strategic plan and playing a key role in the wider system transformation agenda as we formalise our emergent integrated care partnership.
