Are you and NHS HR BP with experience of supporting complex and busy Acute that needs to bring in HR Project Lead support post a CQC report that showed a need to improve both processes and Stat / Mand training requirements.
In this post you will support this Acute trust to improve its current HR processes and support the current ClQC action plan whilst working as part of a trust wide Improvement scheme.
You must have experience of delivering HR change to tight deadlines and be able to actively manage various improvement plans related to HR processes / Statutory & Mandatory training requirements across the trusts busy work force.
This role is until the end of March 2021 with shortlisting over the next 48 hrs I would be keen to hear from you as soon as possible. NHS experience in an acute setting is required.
