A West Yorkshire NHS Trust has a new opportunity for an interim e-Rostering System Administrator to join their team.

Main responsibilities of the role:
  • To lead the Divisional Management and Department teams in successfully implementing the full functionality of the e-rostering system, including self-service, roster creation, roster administration, roster analysis/approval, time and attendance, management dashboards, bank module and validating rosters for payroll;
  • To provide an efficient and effective high-quality rostering data administration service, supporting the use and maintenance of electronic rostering throughout the Trust including integration with the temporary staffing system for all staff groups;
  • Supporting the staff of the Trust in the deployment of the e-Rostering system, ensuring effective co-ordination between the various stakeholders through the provision of the project team office.
A successful candidate will have:
  • Healthroster e-Rostering experience;
  • Experience of working in the NHS;
  • Substantial admin experience using databases and spreadsheets;
  • Experience of training other members of professional and support staff.
