Job Details
This will suit an interim who is passionate about effecting change in a system. Someone who has broad healthcare experience with a specific focus on bed management, LOS, DTOC, patient flow and capacity. As the General Manager you will lead a small team of ward managers ensuring patient flow is driven across the system. A clinical background would be an advantage. This role will involve travel across each locality and therefore a car will be required.
Daily rate: Band 8b / 8c
Duration: 4-6 months
Start date: Monday 18th January
