Chief Quality Officer
My client is looking for someone able to provide leadership for the development, delivery and improvement of clinical standards and quality of care throughout the organisation. The CQO will lead on the development, co-ordination, implementation and evaluation of robust clinical governance systems, processes and policies across the group to ensure the delivery of the agreed governance, patient safety and patient experience agendas.
My client is looking for someone who has held similar senior roles before and who is therefore used to working with senior stakeholders both internally and externally. Having worked in a strategic leadership role(s) within quality and governance is vital, as is being able to demonstrate where you led on and delivered improvements. It would be advantageous if the CQO has experience gained in urgent or out of hours care, however this is not essential.
