My client is an independent care group specialising in nursing and dementia care.
They have an interesting opportunity for an experienced Turnaround Manager to work with the senior management team of the business on significantly improving the standard of care and running of a nursing home. This is a sizeable home and experience running a similar sized (80+ beds) would be highly desirable although this is not essential.
The successful candidate will need experience of managing nursing homes, although similar service experience may be considered. You will ideally be a nurse by background RGN, RMN or RNLD will all be considered. You will be used to managing teams and have specific experience of turning around poorly performing care services. My client also needs someone used to working with regulatory bodies such as the CQC and safeguarding groups to implement improvement plans with reference to 'Safe' and 'Well Led'.
