Band 8A/B between £31.95- £38.45 per hour (Inside IR35)

I am partnering with a large Acute NHS Trust in the East of England who is looking for support of a expert Complaints and PALs specialist for a 3 month initial assignment, which could potentially extend. Seeking to bring in additional capacity and expertise within the Trust, as the successful Interim Complaints and PALs Lead you will have extensive experience working across multiple sites in a large geographical foot print on both operational delivery and strategic efficiencies

Your duties as Interim Complaints and PALs Lead:
- Work with line management to put a clear plan of action in place to deliver against the targets of the division
- Improving the number of breached complaints
- Review and advise on the overarching complaints policy and practices
- Review and advise on future pro-active ways to reduce complaints.
- Being pro-active on communications across both Clinical and Administrative functions
- Professional develop the current substantive complaints team
- Experience needed as the Interim Complaints and PALs Lead:
- Someone who has previous experience within a clinical role would be of benefit
- Must be a self-starter and understand the landscape of the business and conflicting needs across partners
- You will be someone who has previous and extensive experience of NHS complaints procedures at either Manager, Head of or Lead level
- A clear understanding of the Clinical aspect of the role to be able to write your own responses
- Reliable and driven to organisational change
- Available references for most recent 2 year's roles.
