My client is a provider of primary and specialist care services, who are currently going through a time of growth and reorganisation.
My client is looking for an interim Operations Manager to ensure a number of their services continue to perform whilst changes to the way the organisation operates are undertaken. My client requires someone who has worked extensively within urgent care or perhaps emergency care.
My client is looking for a strong visible leader who can galvanise a good team through some challenging and changing times. Somebody who has both integrated urgent care or A&E operational experience combined with the experience of mobilising services would be ideal, although operations is of more importance.
