Interim Operations Manager ENT / Cancer -8b/c

Urgent requirement for an interim Operations Manager - Surgical Division ENT / H&N / Cancer.

Practicus is partnering with an Acute trust based in the East of England who, due to restructuring urgently need the support of an experienced leader from a Surgery background and specific skills related to ENT / Head & Neck / Cancer services.

You will have a track record of delivery at a band 8b/c level and be a key member of the senior team, ensuring operational performance and the delivery of high quality care through a team of operational managers.

You will take ownership of ensuring quality issues related to RTT / performance management ensuring that ongoing improvement plans are embedded and delivered, you will also support a challenging CIP target for 2021.

A hard working individual you will deliver solid day to day operational management to your team and support the senior divisional level to ensure excellent and high quality patient care is always delivered.

Experience in relation to Surgery / Theatres is required for this post.

Duration initial 2 - 3 Months - start within 1 -2 weeks ideally
Daily rate 8b/c capped circa £38 - £45 per hour plus VAT Inside IR35.
