Band 8B/C between £38.45 - £45.80 per hour (IR35 tbc)
Full time (Flexible working available)
Skype / Online interviews due to take place at the end of the week commencing 25/01/2021
I am partnering with a large Acute NHS Trust in the South West who is looking for support of a Clinical Quality Expert for a 6 month initial assignment, which could potentially extend. They are currently going through a large specification of change within the division and are looking for someone to help them with the efficiencies of their delivery model.
Your duties as Clinical Quality Expert:
- Work with line management to put a clear plan of action in place to deliver against the targets of the division
- Deliver an efficient framework structure linked with the Good Governance framework
- Deliver a diagnostics of their current processes and policies
- Advise of new ways of working within the division
- Professionally develop the current substantive Governance team
- Experience needed as the Clinical Quality Expert:
- Clear background and tangible delivery on quality agenda advancements
- Must be a self-starter and understand the landscape of the business and conflicting needs across partners
- Reliable and driven to organisational change
- Available references for most recent 2 year's roles.
