Clinical Commissioning Group is keen on board a Project Manager to work on a healthcare programme to help people with Learning Difficulties.

A programme of works is underway to support and improve the healthcare of people with Learning Difficulties. One of the main objectives of the programme is to increase the outputs of work to help support people with learning difficulties - for example increasing rate annual health checks,

To help keep the programme on track extra help and support is needed from a project management perspective to help support Senior CCG officers to implement several known work streams and coordinating with Health and social care providers.

Although stakeholder engagement will be the main driver of the role there is also a focus on bringing order and sense to the data needed to use in the project work.

Essential skills & experience:

Project Management

Experience in health and social care

Good strong stakeholder management in a partnership setting

Able to work to tight deadlines

Desirable skills & experience:

Working in Learning disabilities

Data dashboard - feel comfortable around data
