Job Details
Pure Interims are consulting with an NHS organisation seeking an Interim CHC Strategic Lead for a 3-6 month assignment. The ideal candidate will have strong relevant experience with proven ability to hit the ground running. This assignment is home working with a requirement to be site based once a week.
Duties / Responsibilities
- Lead the service management and leadership for the CHC team
- Develop and maintain local policies and procedures, systems and appeals processes around CHC Funded Nursing Care and PHB
- Develop and maintain local policies & procedures, systems and appeals processes around CHC
- Ensure the CHC team remains an up to date resource for clinical practice in assessment of nursing needs
- Develop and maintain key internal and external stakeholders engagement
- Ensure effective monitoring of activity, analysis and commissioning relating to CHC, Funded Nursing Care and contract compliance whilst provide regular reports
- Lead the development of contracts and commissioning arrangements for packages of care on a strategic basis on behalf of the organisation
- Monitor contracted & commissioned services in conjunction with internal organisational leads to ensure quality and value for money
- Establish and monitor CHC workloads and performance
- Must be a registered nurse
