Job Details
We're working in partnership with an NHS organsation in the West Midlands who are seeking a credible senior General Manager to support the recovery of their Cancer service for 2 to 3 months.
With system flow working well and a team of highly engaged and committed Consultants in place, this role will support the recovery of specialist Cancer surgical services through working closely with system partners.
We're seeking an experienced Operational General Manager who has gravitas and strong relationship building abilities. Ideally you will have knowledge of Cancer; either directly or from managing related Surgical services such as ENT, Urology, Breast etc.
Inside IR35, this role will be remunerated in line with the AfC interim framework for a Band 8C, with flexibility to work a mix of onsite and up to 3 days per week remotely.
