We take great pride in our staff and believe that investing in you is key to us achieving our vision of outstanding care delivered by outstanding people.

We work with a wide range of partner organisations to deliver care and support to people in their own homes and from a number of hospitals and community bases. We focus on delivering care as close to home as possible.

The Deputy Director of Finance is key to supporting Oxford Health to realise its ambitions. As a member of the trust’s senior management team, it is expected that strong technical and interpersonal skills and experience will underpin Oxford Health’s ongoing strong financial performance and support the development of the core health services and corporate functions.

You’ll have the day-to-day responsibility for managing, leading and developing the finance and procurement functions to ensure a high-quality service is always provided to the trust. • Actively engaging and participating in the creation and development of the effective operation of the BOB Integrated Care System, including finances and lead-provider commissioning practices

You’ll be a team player with extensive senior management experience who is able to lead and support as required and who puts integrity and principles as the foundation of decisions. You’ll be inclusive and actively promote diversity and equality.

As one of the largest and most ambitious trusts of our type we are looking to attract high calibre candidates to join our excellent team.
