My healthcare client has an interesting opportunity for an experienced Business Change Analyst to support the delivery of a digital healthcare programme. The programme you will be working on will deliver a range of benefits across the system - primary, secondary and community care.
The change analyst will carry out Process mapping (both AS-IS and TO-BE) and will test and capture requirements, facilitate meetings and also help with training and e-learning development. It is also important for the analyst to have a focus on benefits realisation and be aware of the value the programme is delivering.
My client requires a Change BA with healthcare experience, ideally spanning primary, secondary and community care. Any experience of working on mobile healthcare applications or records systems would be very advantageous.
