I am partnering with a Health Care organisation who is looking for an experienced Operational Manager to support them within their Primary Care agenda whilst they are going out for substantive appointment.
Your duties as Operational Manager:
- Work with line management to put a clear plan of action in place to deliver against the targets of the division
- Support with delivery of Out of Hours services and Extended Access
- Work closely with the administrative and Locum teams to benefit operational efficiencies, workforce planning and quality of care
- Reporting to the Board
Experience needed as Operations Manager:
- Senior operational lead with a background delivering against Primary Care
- Must be a self starter and understand the landscape of the business and conflicting needs across partners
- SystmOne experience would be beneficial
- Available references for most recent 2 year's roles.
