An exciting new opportunity has arisen to work for a Healthcare organisation who are seeking to appoint an Interim Programme Manager to support a key multi-million pound tender. This assignment will be for 1 month in the first instance, though there could be an opportunity for the role to extend for a substantial period if the tender is successful.
The postholder will be responsible for putting together the programme of work and writing the bid with a high level of quality. Candidates must have Programme Management and Tender Writing experience within a healthcare setting. A background in research is also desirable.

The postholder will be responsible for putting together the programme of work and writing the bid with a high level of quality. Candidates must have Programme Management and Tender Writing experience within a healthcare setting. A background in research is also desirable.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Manage the submission through design, production and submission stages;
- Ensure the tender/bid content is accurate and well presented;
- Develop a strategy for winning the bid, in line with stakeholder requirements and ensure this is reflected in the submission;
- Ensure that the submission deadline for the bid is met, producing first-rate quality documentation;
- Coordinate the set-up of the Programme and provide clear direction for the implementation of project deliverables to budget, time and quality;
- Create the implementation plan and measurable outcomes, including the development of reporting cycles and requirements.
- Post graduate qualification or equivalent level of experience;
- Project Management qualification i.e. PRINCE 2;
- Significant experience of Programme Management within a healthcare setting;
- Substantial experience of the tendering process and high-quality tender writing skills.
