Divisional Quality Governance and Patient Experience Manager – Contract – NHS

 

An NHS organisation based in London are looking for a Divisional Quality Governance and Patient Experience Manager to provide expertise for clinical governance across the division and the specialties within it.

The opportunity:

This role encompasses incident management, risk management, clinical audit and clinical effectiveness programmes, patient experience and involvement by actively leading and delivering an effective, high quality clinical governance and risk management programme across the division, with a strong emphasis on continuous learning.

Key Experience and Knowledge:

  • A thorough understanding of good, multi-disciplinary clinical governance, risk management and patient safety.
  • Understanding of processes of standard setting, assessment and assurance within the NHS.
  • Knowledge of key stakeholders and the issues facing them.
  • Experience of conducting complex investigations.
  • Knowledge of clinical quality and safety strategies and implementation.
  • Experience of developing and implementing systems to improve clinical outcomes, performance and efficiency.
  • Knowledge of good governance policies and procedures and ensure compliance with regulations and report any breach.
