Woodrow Mercer Healthcare are seeking an experienced Complaints Manager to join an east-midlands based CCG on a short term contract.

Essential Skills

  • Complaints handling experience
  • Must have worked within the NHS
  • Ideally you will have a clinical background, but this isn't essential
  • Experience and knowledge of using Safeguard (Ulysees) and/or Datix
  • Experience of handling primary care complaints is desirable
  • Strong written communication skills
  • Good Rapport building skills
  • IG Trained 
  • Knowledge of the flow of NHS Complaints and associated statutory responsibilities
