The newly formed Totally Urgent Care Division, is a leading provider of national urgent care and out of hospital services following the integration of Vocare and Greenbrook. We are looking for a Regional Director who will have the overall responsibility and accountability for the South region's success and delivery of urgent care services and contractual expectations; the development of partnerships with the emergent ICS/ICP systems back drop is essential. The role will positively contribute to local health and care partnerships across the provide landscape. This is a permanent full-time role, on-call will be required.

The Regional Director role will operate as part of a Regional Triumvirate team. The role is accountable to the National Director and the function of the role is to provide overall assurance that urgent care services are delivered efficiently, safely and to a high quality. You will develop and encourage a positive and productive culture of patient-focused care, ensuring successful retention of current business, build high performing operational teams, whilst exploring new opportunities.

Totally plc Urgent Care is a national leader in out of hospital services for NHS patients. The Totally plc Urgent Care services delivers NHS 111, Urgent Treatment Centres, GP Out of Hours and other urgent care services across England.

The successful candidate must have a Management qualification or degree, significant management experience in a healthcare environment and significant experience in operational management.
