Operations Manager - Elderly Care

My client is an independent care group specialising in the provision of care for people in the elderly care and dementia space.

They have an interesting opportunity for an experienced Operations Manager to work with the senior management team of the business on improving the standard of care and running of a number of nursing homes. You will ensure the highest standards of care are achieved and that staff are well motivated, trained and clear on what is expected of them from the regulator and their service users.

The successful candidate will need experience of managing and running residential / nursing care services for the elderly. You will be used to managing teams and ideally have specific experience of turning around nursing care services. You will be a senior operator and have run similar services in the past.
