This NHS Foundation Trust is looking for a Head of Transformation in CAMHS (Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services) Transformation to support and lead projects across regions in the South of England.
This person will need to have experience in programme management and influential qualities dealing with multiple stakeholders across agencies including Trusts, CCGs, Councils and NHS England.
Working with the ICS Directors and Mental Health Directorates, the Deputy Chief Operating Officer and the Director of Strategy and Performance, the post holder will be responsible for designing, developing and delivering a multi-agency plan to achieve the objectives set out nationally within the NHS Long term plan.
This post has three broad areas of responsibility:
* Leading the development and delivery of the MH Long term plan for Children and Young People and Adult Eating Disorders strategy across all regional areas, working closely with STPs, NCM's and neighbouring Trusts
* Drive leading-edge collaborations between the Trust and partners such as Universities, Hospitals, Health Care Trusts and the Academic Health Science Centre & Network for improvements in Mental Health.
* Support and develop new externally facing strategic projects as required for The Trust as a provider of mental and physical health.
As a senior leader within the Directorate, the post holder will ensure that all strategic and programme activities meet the Trust's key objectives and support the delivery of the Trust's overall transformation plans. They will also act as an expert resource within the service area and across the Trust in programme and change management.
