A large NHS organisation is currently seeking a very capable individual who has a background with NHS England – Transforming Care Partnerships agenda.

The client is looking for an interim for a period of 3 to 6 months, whilst they recruit to the permanent post.

Please see a brief overview from the client.

The key areas of experience they are looking for:
  • Chairing CTRs
  • Line Management of complex care reviewers
  • In depth understanding of TCP
The areas of focus will be:
  • Developing Programme Plan for LD Team
  • Developing governance processes for LD team
  • Setting up database for patient records
  • Step down and developing joint funding processes with Local Authority
