My client is an independent care group specialising in the provision of care for people in the elderly care and dementia space.
They have an interesting opportunity for an experienced Interim Home Manager to lead the team and ensure the highest standards of care are achieved and that staff are well motivated, trained and clear on what is expected of them from the regulator and their service users.
The successful candidate will need experience of managing and running nursing and dementia services for the elderly. You will be a nurse with an active PIN - RGN, RMN or RNLD. My client also needs someone used to working with regulatory bodies such as the CQC, LAs and safeguarding groups.
