We’re seeking a Head of Medical HR to advise and support the Director of Human Resources and Staff Development in achieving the Human Recourses and trust objectives.

In addition, you’ll support the senior HR team by actively contributing to the wider HR strategy, providing direct support to the Director of Human Resources and Staff Development and contributing to the delivery of the wider NHS workforce agenda with drive and pace.

You’ll be educated to degree level in a relevant field or able to demonstrate appropriate equivalent experience and be CIPD qualified or have an equivalent management qualification.
