The newly formed Totally Urgent Care Division, following the integration of Vocare and Greenbrook, is a leading provider of national urgent care services. We are looking to appoint a Head of Quality and Governance, to work full time on a permanent basis.
This is a challenging and influential role; Reporting to our Regional Clinical Director, the successful candidate will be accountable for the management and delivery of high quality, safe and effective clinical governance processes across all services within the Southern region of the Totally Urgent Care Division. Furthermore, the post holder will influence and improve patient safety, quality standards and nurture the development of a maturing governance culture.
The division delivers highly successful services within 111, Clinical Assessment Services (CAS), GP Out of Hours (GPOOH) and Urgent Treatment Centres (UTC) across a national footprint. You would join our growing team at a truly exciting time with expanding services and a new fit for purpose structure. The successful applicant will demonstrate a desire to improve outcomes and patient experience within services and an ability to engage with all partners within the health economy. The role requires an ability to work within highly regulated environments, delivering against multiple performance targets, whilst maintaining the support and engagement of the multi-disciplinary team (MDT).
The successful candidate will have experience of working at a senior level in a clinical governance, safety or quality focused role with an in-depth knowledge and understanding of the management of serious incident investigations and root cause analysis.
