Job Details
As the Deputy of the division you will lead the division on a day to day basis and provide hands on operational leadership support to the divisional managers. You will be the go to person for any operational issues, be responsible for all core business management in the division and act as part of the leadership quadrant. This is a very hands on, visible operational role.
The interim will have a solid NHS operational background, and ideally have a varied background having worked within several different specialties / divisions. Specific experience in patient flow, discharge and day to operational management of a division is essential.
Daily rate: Band 8c / 8d
Duration: 6 months
Start date: End of April / Early May
