Interim Finance Director

My client is an SME provider of healthcare and rehabilitation services to people across the UK.

They have an opportunity for an Interim Finance Director to both work with the senior team to ensure the sale of the organisation to a PE business and to ensure the accounts and finance team are well run and managed. My client is an SME who deal with a high volume of monthly service-based transactions and as such, they are looking for someone used to working in a similar environment.

My client requires a qualified accountant who is happy to roll their sleeves-up to support the organisation and team in areas such as accounts and cash management. It is also essential that the FD has handled a sale to private equity as the senior finance person involved. To sum-up, you will be an experienced FD who has worked on a PE sale before, is technically strong and a team player.

My client requires an immediate start and is offering a rate of £500 to £525 a day inside of IR35 - the assignment will run for 6 months.
