Interim Clinical Lead - Mental Health

Practicus is currently working closely with an independent healthcare provider who is recruiting for an experienced Interim Clinical Lead with a background in mental health, ideally with experience in Personality Disorder (PD). This is a 3-month assignment starting immediately and comes at a key time in this organisation's development.

My client requires a strong clinical leader and manager able to provide strong leadership to the team delivering front-line care and be on-hand to advise the executive team on clinical, regulatory and governance matters. This is a key role, with the day to day running of the clinical team a clear priority for them especially as the organisation is restructuring and the team needs stability.

My client requires a registered mental health nurse (RMN) that has at least 7 years senior leadership experience, a significant proportion of which needs to be in PD. You must be able to instil confidence in the teams you work with and build strong relationships quickly.
