Clinical Development Manager

Practicus is currently working closely with an independent healthcare provider who is recruiting for an experienced Interim Clinical Development Lead. This is a 3-month assignment starting immediately and comes at a key time in this organisation's development.

My client requires a strong clinical leader and manager who has experience of developing clinical teams who has perhaps lots focus and initially need taking back to basics. You will have very strong clinical skills and have the ability to coach and develop the nurses.

My client requires an RMN or RGN with a current a PIN, happy to work in a MH service. You will have at least 5 years senior leadership experience and be strong but calm in your approach to developing nurses and ensuring best practice is being followed. You must be able to instil confidence in the teams you work with and build strong relationships quickly.
