We are currently recruiting for an Interim Finance Business Partner a well-known UK Charity. Due to ongoing growth and increased funding this is a new role that requires someone with the technical skills and passion for finance business partnering and using the numbers to make a real strategic difference.

Key responsibilities:

  • Prepare robust and timely budgets and forecasts
  • Ensure consolidated data is accurate and easy to review
  • Ensure the budget can be reviewed and approved to planned time frames
  • Analyse planning data to highlight variances, trends and risks
  • Provide detailed variances and commentary for allocated stakeholders
  • Support stakeholders' decision making on actions to be taken
  • Support the preparation of budgets, forecasts and long-term strategic plans
  • Ensure ongoing support and improvements of reporting techniques and systems
  • Coordinate finance training for budgeting, reporting, purchase orders and processes
  • Provide financial project management and reporting as required

Essential requirements:

  • CCAB qualified
  • Advanced Excel (pivot tables, v-look ups & sumifs minimum)
  • Outstanding business partnering and customer service skills
