Patient Safety Manager / SI investigator

Boston Hale is working with a large NHS Trust in London who are recruiting for a Band 8A Patient Safety manager for a 6 month contract.

This role will be mostly working from home but will involve traveling into the office from time to time.

to be considered for this role you must have the following experiences:

• SI management 
• RCA experience 
• In depth knowledge of the Health and Social Care Act, including the Care Quality Commission (CQC) Regulations, Fundamental Standards and associated regulatory compliance requirements;
• Experience of successfully leading and managing a diverse team;
• Reporting to stake holders
