Associate Director of HR
Practicus are partnering with an NHS organisation who are urgently seeking Interim Band 8d/9 Associate/Deputy Director of HR
The need is for somebody with expertise in HR and employee relations, but also able to lead a programme that will be seeking to deliver a range of organisational priorities in relation to workforce, including wellbeing, absence management, rostering, job planning.
The role will be both on-site and remote.
CANDIDATES MUST COME FROM AN NHS BACKGROUND
- Senior HR background and able work across multiple change programmes
- NHS background is essential
RATE: £50.45ph (Inside IR35)
DURATION: 3-6 months
