Head of Nursing - x2 (Medicines / Paediatrics)

I have two urgent requirements for Head of Nursing candidates with two separate trusts in the East of England. One post is looking for candidates to cover the Medicines division and whilst this experience is preferred it is not essential.

The second post doe require a HoN with a Paediatric Nursing background and this is essential in order to be considered for this post.

Due to internal restructuring my clients are seeking the support of an experienced RGN who is used to work in a management role at circa 8c.

Here you will run the day to day operations and report to this post on all elements of Quality / Risk and Performance Management. You will be the lead of quality and risk management reporting directly to the Chief Nurse and Divisional Director attending and supporting meetings as required but must be able to absolutely own the proactive management of quality agendas.

Banded 8c on the framework capped rate this role attracts an excellent hourly rate of circa £42.50 - £45.00 per hour plus VAT. This role will be Inside IR35.
