Job Details
We are seeking an NHS experienced Deputy Director Operations or Associate Director with a strong background within managing community teams around Integrated Care / Discharge. A strong team leader who can make decisions, manage conflict and challenge and lead from the front. You will be analytical, able to interpret data into weekly and monthly reports for both the system and board. In addition you will be support the Trusts improvement journey.
Rate - Band 8c
IR35 - Inside
Location - South East - Onsite initially then 2 days from home
Start - End of May
