Job Details
The client is looking for an NHS experienced operational leader who had strong management skills and a proven track record and experience across surgery and theatres. In addition you will experience in improving theatre performance, and delivering service improvement. You will be credible and able to evidence your experience with examples. The client is looking for a personable, engaging and supportive manager who can challenge and drive improvement.
Rate - Band 8c
