Head of Complaints
Practicus are partnering with an NHS organisation who are urgently seeking Interim Band 8b Head of Complaints.
We are seeking a dynamic leader to join the team and who demonstrates the ability to lead the complaints team. An experienced leader who can work well to deadlines and within a constrained timeline, and who can demonstrate the ability to prioritise and delegate work to the team.
Lead on strengthening governance procedures, line managing a small team, and display good leadership skills. Several education programmes, which include compliance and training.
You will require an in depth understanding of the rules and guidance around NHS complaints and will be expected to oversee the final Quality Assurance checks of complaints before sign off.
