Job Details
My client is an independent healthcare provider specialising in the provision of wide-ranging healthcare services to individuals throughout the UK.
My client is looking for a Ward / Clinical Manager who is an RGN with a current PIN. They need someone who can manage a small team of nurses and support staff to achieve good results for patients. My client requires a committed, hard-working professional with high energy who can galvanise a busy team and lead them. My client urgently needs support to ensure they have a visible leader who is able to ensure the high standards of the team are regained after an unsettled period.
A background in acute hospital care is important and an active PIN is vital. You also will be used to managing Ward teams and ensuring rotas and discharge pathways are understood. My client would be keen to see someone who has a background in planned care, even better if that includes orthopaedics.
