Practicus are partnering with an NHS organisation who are urgently seeking Interim Band 8b OD Business Partner
You will be responsible for ensuring the integration of learning and development activities, to deliver the people and culture strategy. Leading on a mentoring programme supporting Senior colleagues with career development & training.
Essential
- Working within a Learning and Development role / environment
- Identifying and addressing barriers to learning
- Experienced in provision of learning and development analysis and reporting to board & external stakeholder level.
- The design and development of a range of learning and development processes, activities and related reporting to support organisational training needs
RATE: £43.94 per hour (Inside IR35)
START: ASAP - remote working
INTERVIEWS: Short notice
DURATION: 6 months
