An exciting new opportunity has arisen to work for an NHS organisation who are seeking to appoint an Interim Integration Programme Director, for up to 6 months in the first instance.

The postholder will be responsible for working across organisational boundaries to manage the delivery of complex change programmes. Candidates must have proven experience in delivering complex transformational or change programmes within the NHS.

The role will be inside IR35 and will be remunerated under the NHSI Agency Caps at Band 8d and some on site working will be required.

Key responsibilities will include:
  • Lead, manage and provide clear direction for the implementation of complex transformation programmes, ensuring alignment with organisational policy;
  • Set Programme strategy, goals, objectives, resources, milestones and measures of success to deliver agreed outcomes and benefits;
  • Advise and engage stakeholders at all levels to ensure effective involvement and ownership;
  • Develop each programme team to enable successful implementation and delivery of expected outcomes and benefits;
  • Provide support to the design of and delivery of the change agenda.
The ideal candidate will have:
  • Post graduate qualification or equivalent level of experience;
  • Programme or project management qualification;
  • Significant experience of delivering large transformational change programmes within the NHS is essential;
  • Excellent problem-solving ability and negotiation skills.
