My client requires a strong project manager with a background in clinical/operational mental health services. In addition to this, any experience of care delivered within the offender health setting would be highly beneficial. My client feels that people with a background in service development and improvement would fit this assignment well. They also feel that someone who has improved patient processes and worked on projects such as pathway integration with partners would be ideal.

My client requires an experienced mental health professional (RMN with an active PIN), who can support the manager in improving process and ensuring teams are working in a joined-up manner. You will be firm but fair in your approach and have high professional standards. Although holding people to account is important in this role; your style should be supportive. You will be happy to coach staff that need coaching and assist them in fostering good working relationships across the pathway.

My client requires an immediate start and is offering a rate of £350 to £360 a day - outside IR35. If you have the requisite skills, please contact Andrew Vaux on andrew.vaux@practicus.com or 07989 748 495.
