Are you an experienced Urgent Care and Patient Flow Recovery Programme Manager seeking a remote working, Outside IR35 role?

We're working with a large NHS university teaching hospital which is seeking additional interim capability to join their Urgent Care Recovery Programme Team for the next 3 to 6 months. Supporting the senior operational and transformation team this role will focus on the in hospital elements of their urgent care services, such as front door triage, patient streaming, patient flow, the frailty pathway and reducing length of stay.

Programme leadership and improvement experience, particularly relating toUrgent Care recovery, improving flow, resolving internal blockers to discharge and reducing length of stay is ideal. However Urgent Care programme management is essential.

An interview next week and an immediate commencement in late July is possible, although the client will wait until August for the right candidate.

Working remotely predominantly, you will be asked to join an initial induction to meet the operational and programme leadership team as part of your onboarding, so this role may not suit those who are self isolating.
