An NHS organisation is looking to recruit a Head of Patient Experience to complete a temporary assignment.

As the post holder you will deputise for the Associate Director of Quality Governance and Patient Experience to support the key objectives and strategic goals driving quality assurance and improvement. You will have the day to day responsibility of key work-streams that support the delivery of safe , compassionate care.

You will take the lead for feedback systems in order to focus on continuous improvement and measureable actions for patient care.

This assignment will give you the platform to implement innovative ways of working and engaging with patients and the public so that incoming feedback is responded to promptly and cohesively in order to maintain high levels of patient and public involvement.
