Job Details
To be considered for this position you will have worked in a Senior operational management role within the NHS, and you will have experience of ED. The trust is looking for a strong leader who has a coaching, mentoring style. A clinical background is desirable, and they are keen to engage someone immediately.
You will be used to working under pressure, delivering results whilst being a hugely motivational leader. A proven track record of meeting the national A&E targets is essential, therefore recent experience in A&E is required.
