We are looking for someone who can bring with them established medical leadership alongside expertise and experience of system working, collaboration and transformational change.

As the Chief Medical Officer, you will pioneer new ways of working, act as a figurehead and dynamic reference point as well as promote the best of care by the best of people. You will lead on the promotion, innovation and transformation of clinical services and pathways using information and technologies.

The role will have executive board-level responsibility for medical professionalism and performance, a specific lead on the development of clinical service strategies aligned to both local and regional clinical service strategies.

Responsible for building and developing a team of highly skilled individuals to help us achieve our ambitions.

With a demonstrable track record as a talented clinician and medical leader showcasing your ability to inspire and motivate multidisciplinary teams to deliver excellence, you will already be operating at a senior level.

As the Chief Medical Officer, you will work closely with the executive team and senior leadership teams across the Trust and the South East integrated care system building effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
